Post A Job
Post a job on the Mema website anonymously (i.e. without revealing your company’s name. State the Placement Fee that you’re willing to pay if you hire.
Engage Recruiters
Interested Agencies (10 max) will ask to help you out. You approve, and your company’s details will then be revealed to, few Agencies (4 maximum) you select.
Get & Review CVs
Receive screened CVs from Agencies via e-mail and in your website account. Login to view all submitted CVs per job, shortlist or reject CVs, schedule interviews and report your final decision.
Hire and Pay
If you hire, Mema Referral will invoice you for the fee you set when posting a job. Mema will then pay a successful Agency, whose candidate you hire.
